REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for the Military Armoury and
Garage for the Department of National Defence (DND), located in
Riviere-du-Loup, (Quebec) Canada. The services must be provided
in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached at
Annex "1"

Contract period is for to two (2) years, from December 1st,
2013 to November 30, 2015 with a possibility of three (3)
individual optional years.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on October 1st, 2013 at 1:30 pm
Riviere-du-Loup Military Armoury and Garage, 327
Armand-Theriault boulevard, Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec.

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $250,001 and $ 500,000
