This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0106-13EMQ4/A dated 2013-08-28 with a
closing of 2013-10-15 at 02:00 PM DST

REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for the Military Armoury and
Garage for the Department of National Defence (DND), located in
Rivière-du-Loup, (Quebec) Canada. The services must be provided
in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached at
Annex "1"

Contract period is for to one (1) year, from March 1st, 2014 to
February 28, 2015 with a possibility of four (4) individual
optional years.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on December
17, 2013 at 1:30 pm Rivière-du-Loup Military Armoury and
Garage, 327 Armand-Theriault boulevard, Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec.

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $250,001 and $ 500,000
