Nature of Requirements:
REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for Public works and Government
Services Canada (PWGSC) , Hovercraft Base, 7100 du Pont Street,
Trois-Rivières, (Quebec) Canada. The services must be provided
in accordance with the Specifications and drawings attached.

Contract period is for to two (2) years, from June 1st, 2014 to
May 31st, 2016 with a possibility of three (3) individual
optional years.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on December 3rd, 2013 at 02:30 pm at the
following address: PWGSC, Hovercraft Base, 7100 du Pont Street,
Trois-Rivières, Qc.

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $250,001 and $ 500,000
