Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the
Department of National Defence, Valcartier Garrison in
Courcelette (QC) as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) year with three (3) individual
optional year.

An OPTIONAL VISIT will be held.

BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CONTRACTING
AUTHORITY PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 29TH AT NOON TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE
AND PROVIDE THE NAME(S) OF THE PERSON(S) WHO WILL ATTEND.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

Total estimate for the contract is over $5,000,000.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
