WORK DESCRIPTION
To provide all inclusive comprehensive maintenance service, including all necessary tools, services, replacement or repair parts, materials, and labour on Overhead Doors in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as AnnexA.
This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at
180 Wellington Street (Wellington Building) and at 144 Wellington Street (Sir John A MacDonald Building) in theNational Capital Area.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT
The period of any resulting contract will be for a period of five (5) years.
BASIS OF SELECTION
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
SECUTRITY
The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS clearance, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works and Government Services
