Statement of Requirement
The Canadian Wildlife Service has a requirement for the manufacturing of single plastic wing envelopes, with varying quantities of 5 different artwork designs. The contents of the envelopes contain biological samples, the envelopes must adhere to precise Canada Post specifications. A single type of envelope is needed to facilitate the sample shipment. However, depending on the province of residence, users send their samples using one of five different envelope artwork designs.
