Sole Source is proposed to the exclusive distributor, Hoskin Scientific Limited, in Burnaby, British Columbia, for the supply of Datalogger Multiprobe Logging Units and Accessories. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Government Procurement Agreement, and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
