Full description

Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This project requires the demolition of existing buildings and preparation of the site including, but not limited to, required utilities and infrastructure for the installation of an owner supplied prefabricated modular buildings and structures, road work and sidewalks. This project also requires the contractor to provide and install a backup diesel generator and associated utility shed. An optional site visit will be held on April 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM MDT. Interested bidders must meet at the Canada/USA Peace Marker on Highway 41, just outside the site boundary, and the bidder’s representative must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet. To attend, bidders must register by email to e••••••••@••••••••.••.ca by April 29, 2026 at 2:30 PM MDT, providing the company name and attendee name(s).
