Tender description
Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Work of this Contract comprises of removing and replacing the cooling tower and the removal of decommissioned equipment for the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre (LeRDC) facility located at 5403 First Avenue West in Lethbridge, Alberta. A temporary cooling tower shall be provided, installed and connected into the existing cooling system and operated at the full capacity as the existing unit. A new slab shall be installed on top of full existing tower footprint. Variable frequency drives shall be supplied and installed for all cooling tower fans.
