All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 22nd, 2022 at 2:00pm EST. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the “reliability status” level. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
