OBJECTIVE:
The Contractor will be involved in the organization and implementation of a successful national engagement led by the Ministerial Special Representative with Aboriginal groups and interested stakeholders related to the renewal and reform of the Comprehensive Land Claims Policy.
The event planner will not be attending any engagement events; all duties will be conducted off-site.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor will report to the Project Authority at Policy and Coordination Branch within Treaties and Aboriginal Government Sector and provide the following services related to the national engagement led the Ministerial Special Representative with Aboriginal groups and interested stakeholders related to the renewal and reform of the Comprehensive Land Claims Policy:
a) Consultation and Project Management
b) Logistical Requirements for Facility
c) Hospitality
d) Service and Cultural Providers
e) Financial Management - Travel Arrangements and Reimbursement
