Requirement
Provide and deliver to Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC)- Valcartier Research Center, one (1) modular transfer function measurement equipment, meeting the technical specifications below. The contractor must also provide on-siteinstallation and training (at DRDC).
Technical Specification
MTF measurement spectral range: At least from 400 to at least 1000 nm
Motorized platform: At least -90 to +90 degrees rotation
Rotation precision: 0.0002 deg or less
Refractive collimator: 350mm or larger effective focal length achromat and 50mm or larger in diameter clear aperture
Image analyzer mount: Motorized x-axis : At least 25mm travel, with 0.05 micrometer resolution of better
Motorized z-axis: At least 25mm travel, with 0.1micrometer resolution or better
y-axis: At least 12mm travel or more
Visible-NIR image analyzer: Spectral sensitivity at least from 400nm to at least 1000nm, with calibrated 20x 0.4NA and 40x 0.65NA DIN achromatic objectives.
MTF accuracy: Accuracy+/- 2% or smaller
Deliverables
- One (1) modular transfer function measurement equipment;
- Operation and Technical Manual and operation software;
- On-site installation and training.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received on or before 8 weeks after contract award.
