Request for Proposal for the Supply, Delivery, Training and Installation of One (1) Optometry Suite for the Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Drummond Institution Services in the Quebec Region as Described in Schedule "A".
The system will be delivered and installed at 12025 Jean de Brébeuf, Drummondville,(Québec) J2b 7Z6
The evaluation of the contractors bids will be made based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.
This requirement must be completed on or before December 18th, 2017 from issuance date.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.
