Occupational Therapists - Various Locations Across Canada
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has a requirement for the
provision of occupational therapy consultation services for
various field office located across Canada. The period of the
contract is from April 1, 2015, or date of award, to March 31,
2016 with options to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year
periods.
This document contains a security requirement.
All proposed personnel to provide occupational therapist
consultation services must meet the following:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university;
A certificate of current registration as a registered
occupational therapists in the province where the work is to be
performed.
Twenty-four months of full time experience in the last seven (7)
years providing occuptional services to adults as a registered
occupational therapist or supervisiong or teaching the practice
of occupational therapy treatment of adults.
Six months of full time equivlant experience as a Registered
Occuptational Therapist providing occupational therapy treatment
or services to adults in a mental health setting or supervising
or teaching the practice of occupational treatment of adults
with mental health conditions.
Hold of valid driver's license in the province where the work is
to be performed.
