The Department of National Defence (DND), Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM), has a requirement for the sustainment and delivery of Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE)/Search & Rescue – Aerial Delivery (SAR-AD) in-service support (ISS) and Repair and/or Overhaul (R&O) services for Test Equipment and Altimeters, in support to Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) worldwide operations as described in Annex A - Performance Work Statement.
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. As per Annex B Basis of Payment Para 7 “The labour rates for subcontracting must never be in excess of the rate in effect under the Basis of Payment.”
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
