The Department of National Defence (DND), Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM), has a requirement for the sustainment and delivery of Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE)/Search & Rescue – Aerial Delivery (SAR-AD) in-service support (ISS) and Repair and/or Overhaul (R&O) services for Test Equipment and Altimeters, in support to Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) worldwide operations as described in Annex A - Performance Work Statement.

As per Annex B Basis of Payment Para 7 “The labour rates for subcontracting must never be in excess of the rate in effect under the Basis of Payment.”
