Notice of Proposed Procurement
Item Required: SHOES, PUMP, BLACK, FEMALE
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of six hundred and eight (608) Pairs of Shoes, Pump, Black, Female.
In addition, there is a requirement of up to two hundred and forty-eight (248) Flexible Stock, “as and when requested” regular sized Pairs of Shoes, Pump, Black, Female. The period for placing the Flexible orders will be within 24 months from the contract award date.
The requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-PC -23 dated 2013-01-08 and viewing samples. This can be found attached to the RFP.
All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following the approval of the pre-production sample.
RCMP viewing samples will not be available for this requirement.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
This requirement is subject to AIT, but is exempt from NAFTA, FSC 84.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal. The evaluation of price will be established using the firm and flexible stock quantities.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
