The services of a Contractor are being sought to assist Environment and Climate Change in testing up to 8 vehicles by the end of the resulting contract. Each vehicle will require coastdown testing using the test method described in the EPA Guidance Letter CD-15-04 and SAE J2263 (supplemented by SAE J1263). The coastdown testing of each vehicle shall include the analysis of the results and the calculation of the coefficients used to determine the road load force for dynamometer testing purposes. The testing performed under the resulting contract and all associated deliverables, including the final report, must be completed and submitted before February 29, 2020.
The period of the Contract is from date of award to February 29, 2020.
