Work of this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishing
of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and
supervision required to perform testing, sampling and air
monitoring for asbestos and other hazardous materials to various
buildings of CFB Halifax in accordance with specification
attached entitled "Hazardous Material Testing and Air
Monitoring, Job No, W010C-13-C002"
