Standing Offer - Precision Leak Testing of Fuel Tank Systems, 5 CDSB Gagetown Base, Training Area and Various Sites in N.B. & P.E.I.
The Department ofNational Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). This Standing Offer is for the furnishing of all labour, tools and equipment required to provide Precision Leak Testing and Inspection of Aboveground and Underground Fuel Storage Tanks and Associated Piping at 5 CDSB Gagetown Base, Training Area and Various Sites in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island when requested. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Specification No. L-G2-9900-1697 forming part of the bid document. The Offeror will be an established and registered company with a minimum five (5) years experience in Fuel Tank and Associated Piping Precision Leak Testing. .
Work will be performed as and when requested, from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guaranteee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST included). BId and contract security is not a requirement for this tender.
