Fenbrook Institution - Renovate shower & mould

SCOPE OF WORK
Renovation includes removal and replacement of existing sheet
flooring, wood underlayment, base board and existing kitchen
millwork to Bldgs E, F, & G.
Renovate existing showers and mould abatement in Buildings C, E,
F, & G.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

(and Appendices 1 and 2) for requirements related to the Code of
Conduct for Procurement.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on 29 November 2012 at 10:00am.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit.
Interested contractors, please contact the Contracting Officer,
Bob Hassell at (416) 590-8270 to confirm attendance and provide
the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend prior to the site
visit. Interested bidders are to meet at Fenbrook Institution,
2000 Beaver Creek Drive, Gravenhurst, Ontario P1P 1Y2.
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The duration of work is scheduled to be completed 31 March 2015.
