Work of this contract comprises of the renovation and alteration
of shower rooms in Millhaven Institution Control Unit A (Cell
ranges MHB, MHC and MHD). and Control Unit E (cell ranges MHF,
MHG and MHH) as specified.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
There will be a mandatory site visit on 24 October 2012 at 10:00
AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Millhaven Institution ,
Highway 33, Bath, Ontario Search and Control Building MHX.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.

Bidders must register with the Contracting Officer, Bob Hassell
at 416-590-8270 or email b••••••••@••••••••.••.ca, to
confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who
will attend, 24 hours prior to the site visit.

Closing date: October 30, 2012, 14:00 HOURS.

The duration of work is schedule to be completed within 49 weeks.

cost category:
Between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00.
