To supply, deliver and install storage shelves, cabinets and
mobile counters as described in Annex «A» of this request of
proposal.

The bidders must submit with their proposal, technical/
descriptive documents for the products that you are offering for
approval.

Delivery and installation is required for two (2) locations in
Quebec:

Department of National Defence Department of National Defence
Valcartier Garrison Quebec Citadel
2nd Battalion, Royal 22nd Regiment 2nd Battalion, Royal 22nd
Regiment
Courcelette, Quebec G0A 4Z0 Quebec City, Quebec G1R 4V7

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this request
for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting
authority named in the request for proposal.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
