Nature of Requirements:
Gas Sensors & HVAC Systems Calibration, Maintenance, Repair &
Replace

Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA)/Contract must
comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to supply, deliver,
maintain, clean and repair the Building Control Systems and
sensors listed in Appendix A. Requirements include inspection,
testing, calibration, maintenance and certification on all
Automatic Building Control Systems and hazardous gas sensors.
Troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of the Building HVAC
control systems and hazard control systems according to latest
National Building code listed in Appendix A as required.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade
Agreement (FTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (FTA), and
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

There are security requirements associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer. For additional information, see Part 6 -
Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 -
Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses. For more
information on personnel and organization security screening or
security clauses, offerors should refer to the Industrial
Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services
