The Department of National Defence, Dundurn, SK, requires a
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all
material, equipment, labour and supervision to perform repairs,
regular and preventive maintenance for the building system
controls and their devices on an "as and when" requested basis.
The Standing Offer will be from date of issuance until August
31, 2016 with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
Mandatory Technical Criteria
1. By submitting an offer, the offeror certifies that they are
able to perform all of the work as described in Annex A -
Statement of Work
2. Offeror must be on-site within four (4) hours after receipt
of an authorized call-up.
Offeror must certify that they will be on - site within Four
(4) hours after receipt of call up
3. Offeror must provide with their offer, proof that they are
qualified and trained from Delta Controls

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
