The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
printing of 3,000 rolls (100 labels per roll) of CF 942A
Materiel Condition labels for delivery to Montreal, QC and
Edmonton, AB, as specified in the Annex "A" - Statement of Work.
The Contract is in effect for a period from the date of award to
November 26, 2012 inclusively.
The mandatory delivery date at the final destinations is on or
before October 19, 2012 by no later than 3:00 PM.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, a Consent
to a Criminal Record
Verification form, MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID, by the bid
solicitation closing date, for each
individual who is currently on the Bidder' Board of Directors.
