The Correctional Service of Canada, CORCAN Industries,
Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, SK has a requirement
for the establishment of a Standing Offer for the supply and
delivery of Drill Fabric as detailed herein for a period of one
year.
It is desirable that delivery be complete within 6 weeks after
receipt of call-up and mandatory within 8 weeks after receipt of
call-up.
Samples:
As part of the technical evaluation, to confirm a bidder's
capability of meeting the technical requirements detailed in
Annex A, a 2 metre sample for each item must be supplied after
the bid closing date upon written request from PWGSC. The Bidder
must ensure that the required pre-award samples is manufactured
in accordance with the technical requirement and is fully
representative of the bid submitted. Rejection of the pre-award
sample will be the basis for declaring the bid non-responsive.
The Bidder must deliver the required pre-award samples at no
charge to Canada and must ensure that they are received by the
Contracting Authority within 4 weeks from request. The samples
submitted by the Bidder will remain the property of Canada.
Failure to submit the required pre-award samples within the
specified time frame or non-conformance of the pre-award samples
to the technical requirement will result in the bid being
declared non-responsive.

procurement.
