The Department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement to provide energy efficiency employment survey results that utilize and align with past estimates by the Environmental Careers Organization of Canada (ECO Canada) and the US Department of Energy to allow for measurement of the Canadian and North American energy efficiency employment.
