To put in place a three year contract for the fieldwork; data entry; water, soil, snow and manure sampling; shipment of samples to laboratories; and other associated duties required to evaluate the effectiveness of BMP’s. The data obtained through this work will be used to inform producers and the general public of the economic and environmental benefits of BMP’s, encourage the adoption of the BMP’s, and perhaps target future funding and programming from various levels of government.
