Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement to review the existing transportation management processes and assess them against industry best practices with the goal of identifying, and prioritizing process improvements at all levels based on a detailed assessment of relative costs and benefits associated with each improvement. The expected result is a recommended sequencing of improvements with the associated costs and benefits detailed in a business case analysis. Canada intends to award one (1) contract that will start at contract award date and finish on March 31st, 2016.
