Full description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 1600 Case, Carrying, Rifle Plate.

In addition, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 1200 Case, Carrying, Rifle Plate (Flexible Stock, which can be ordered in 100 unit increments within 36 months of contract award.

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-351 dated 2015-07-29, and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods.

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation.
