Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Transport Canada requires a Full Narrative Appraisal Report and
Market Rental Analysis for the Churchill Airport which is
located in northern Manitoba. The report is required for budget
and planning purposes and to estimate the current market rents
for third party occupancies located at the facility. The
effective date for the market rents is as of January 1, 2016,
and the effective date for the valuation of the facility is as
of April 1, 2016.
The Contract period is to December 31, 2015. Inspection must
take place on or before September 30, 2015. Completion of first
draft must be received on or before October 30, 2015. Final
report must be received on or before the end date of the
Contract.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Parts 4
and 5 of the Request for Proposal for details.
This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
