A market value appraisal report is required regarding the real property known as Royal Roads, located within the City of Colwood, British Columbia. Based on BC Assessment records, the subject site is comprised of approximately 259.98 hectares. Royal Roads is a Department of National Defence property and includes an internal, multi-component sector leased to Royal Roads University.
The purpose of the appraisal is to provide PSPC with an independent and informed estimate of a range in current Market Value.
