DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development requires the professional services of an evaluation team composed of two (2) evaluators, one (1) senior evaluator and one (1) intermediate evaluator to perform the summative evaluation of the Canadian Program ‘Bourses de la francophonie’.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
No security requirement attached to this need.
PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The proposed period of contract shall be from the signature date of the contract for a period of four (4) months.
WORKING LANGUAGE OF THE PROJECT
Since the evaluation must be conducted in French, the working language for this requirement is French.
