Summary: Parks Canada, Department of National Defence (DND), the National Research Council (NRC) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Canada have requirements for a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply, rental and delivery of Propane (CGSB Spec – 3.14-2006) and maintenance and repair of current and future owned propane tanks at various Canada locations. Additional items may be required at all locations on an "as and when required" basis.
