Description of the requirement:
The objective of this contract is to acquire professional expertise and services to assist the Project Authority to conduct a high-level portfolio review of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director General (DG) Investment Planning and Business Integration Directorate. The review is required in order to develop a strategic plan including an organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, a roadmap and action plan to improve the service delivery and project management frameworks within its portfolio. The review also includes the development of an assessment report, a continuous improvement action plan and a high-level review of the Grants & Contributions Modernization Project (GCMP) related to project delivery improvements.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from award of contract to March 31, 2019.
Level of Security Requirement: Common SRCL #2 applies
