Examen des manuels de mesures d’urgence

The NEB is seeking to obtain a qualified contractual resource(s) to assist its own in-house specialists reviewing Emergency Procedures Manuals (EPMs) submitted by NEB-regulated companies. These professional services will complement existing expertise and resources already at the NEB. Contractors may also be required to provide consultation to NEB staff.
The contract resource(s) will provide support through their expertise in, but not limited to, the following areas:
NEB regulations, other applicable legislation and NEB protocols;
Applicable standards and best practices in accordance with NEB processes and procedures;
EPM reviews and related documentation in accordance with NEB processes, procedures and templates;
Testing EPM components; and if required, transitioning the hand-off of work to other resource(s).
