AMENDMENT 002
This amendment is raised to provide Questions and Answers, to
replace Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses, paragraph 4.1
Contracting Authority is its entirety and to replace the
Purchase Description in its entirety.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
seven (7) tracked excavators, DED, 21 Ton and ancillary items,
including familiarization instruction/training in accordance
with Purchase Description for Exacvator, Tracked, 21 Ton,
D-33-001-007/SF-001, dated 2014-06-02, to be delivered to CFB
Gagetown by December 31, 2014.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to three (3)
Excavators, Tracked, 21 Tons and ancillary items to be exercised
within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the
contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
