Description of the requirement:
The objective of the RFP is to select a firm that can provide a team of programming experts to support the Phone Operations of the Citizen Service Branch’s Digital Service Directorate. The team’s main tasks will be to ensure the maintenance, analysis, programming and testing of in-house database applications used by front-line staff to respond to enquiries from the public.
The contractor’s team must be comprised of one (1) Programmer analyst, one (1) Database administrator and one (1) Web developer.
The expected deliverables include:
- On-going technical support for in-house database applications;
- Programming, development and maintenance of in-house database applications as needs arise.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall from April 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016 plus three (3) one year option.
