TITLE: Medical Requirements for Removal
The solicitation is NOT subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement, the Agreement on Internal Trade.
Description of Procurement:
The CBSA requires the provision of medical services personnel to perform medical assessments prior to the removal of foreign nationals from Canada.
The period of the Contract will be for one (1) year from contract award, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month option period(s) under the same terms and conditions.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
