TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: the Department of Industry Canada

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS/ who qualified under Tier 1 stream for the Human Resources Services Stream.

This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the stream for: Organizational Design and Classification Consultant (senior – level 3).

Description of the Requirement:

The department of Industry Canada requires the service of one (1) senior organizational design and classification consultant (level 3) to provide classification and organizational design services to Industry Canada organizations. Specifically the consultant will provide its expertise for the Non-EX classification unit of the Human Resources Branch. The services will be required from date of contract award to March 31, 2016 with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
