Description of the Requirement:
Public Safety Canada (PS) is requesting the services of a minimum of two (2) Category 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultants (at least one Level 3 – Senior (Project Lead), with any other team members proposed at least at a Level 2) as described in category 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant of the TSPS Supply Arrangement.
The Internal Audit and Evaluation Directorate (IAED) of Public Safety Canada requires professional services to perform primary data collection and analysis of activities undertaken as part of the evaluation of the Evaluation Services for the Evaluation of the Regional Resilience Assessment Program (RRAP), and the Virtual Risk Analysis Cell (VRAC). These items will assist IAED in determining the relevance, performance and alternative service delivery options of these programs.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to May 31, 2017.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for:
Category 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant Level 3 (Project Lead) – 75 days
Category 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant(s) remaining team members – a total of 60 days
