The Public Health Agency of Canada is enquiring whether or not the following expertise can be found from the list of pre-qualified ProServices suppliers listed under Stream 9: Business consulting/Change management: 9.12 Senior Evaluation Services Consultant:
- meets the minimum required points for a Senior level of the Evaluation Services Consultant stream for the Flexible Grid of ProServices (https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/spc-cps/aact-tb…).
- Five years experience as a researcher (in academia, government or not-for-profit organizations) publishing 10 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals within the last 10 years in one of the following fields: chronic diseases, dementia surveillance, epidemiology, administrative health data, public health, or health sciences.
- Master’s degree from a recognized educational institution, with a specialization in one of the following: epidemiology, administrative health data, public health, or health sciences.
- 3 years of work experience in the last 5 years conducting literature reviews and/or preparing scientific reports.
The resource is required from the Date of Contract Award (estimated September 31, 2020) to September 31, 2021.
