This is a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the establishment of multiple Standing Offers to satisfy the requirements of the Leadership and Professional Development Directorate of the Canada School of Public Service’s (The School) Learning Program Branch for subject matter expertise and delivery of information sessions in five streams, in English and French and in various locations across Canada, on an Aas and when requested@ basis for a period commencing on the date of the Standing Offer Authorization for a period of two (2) years with provisions to extend the period for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The School will consider entering into Standing Offers (SOs) with qualified Offerors offering the most advantageous offers which will be determined against the evaluation criteria set out in this RFSO.
The Learning Programs Branch (LPB) has a need to deliver information sessions in the following streams:
Stream 1 – Wills and Estate Planning
Stream 2 – Health Aspects of Preparing for Retirement
Stream 3 – Psychological Aspects of Preparing for Retirement
Stream 4 – Income Security Programs and/or Financial Planning
Stream 5 – Public Service Pension Plan - You and Your Pension Plan
