The Canadian Museum of Nature is inviting experienced and qualified Service Providers to submit a proposal for the Operation and Maintenance of mechanical and electrical building systems in its properties. It is the intent of the CMN to engage one (1) firm to deliver the services for both the Natural Heritage Campus (NHC) facility in Gatineau, Québec and the Victoria Memorial Museum Building (VMMB) in Ottawa, Ontario.

At the VMMB, Monday December 19, 2016, at 8 AM until 12 PM (noon) or earlier if applicable. Bidders (limit of two (2) per company) will assemble in the loading dock of the VMMB at 8 AM. The street address of the VMMB is 240 Mcleod Avenue, Ottawa, Quebec.
At the NHC, Monday December 19, 2016, at 1:30 PM until 5:30 PM or earlier if applicable. Bidders (limit of two (2) per company) will assemble in the main entrance lobby of the Natural Heritage Building at 1:30 PM. The street address of the NHC is 1740 Pink Road, Gatineau, Quebec.
