CSA is interested in exploring opportunities for process efficiencies and productivity improvements, including the use of innovative and emerging technologies. More specifically, the focus of the work will be on the integration of salary forecasting and staffing and planning exercises, which need to be improved, automated (where possible), and carried out in real-time or near-real-time, in accordance with the Directive on Service and Digital, particularly section 4.2. Client-centric service design and delivery.
This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified for services in the Montreal Region for the following category:
Category 2.1 - Business Analyst
Category 2.5 - Business Process Consultant
