Work Description:PSPC requires work for Full-Depth Reclamation and BST along the Alaska Highway. Work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, applying approximately 700,000 m2 bituminous surface treatment, 50,000 m2 full depth reclamation and associated work in various sections between KM571.3 to KM 957.1 along the Alaska Highway, BC. The work shall be delivered over a two year period.
Two Phase Selection Process:This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
