This Contract covers the following work at the Comox Valley RCMP Detachment located at 800 Ryan Rd Courtenay, BC V9N 7T1.
Works of this Contract for the RCMP Comox Detachment (800 Ryan Rd Courtenay, BC V9N 7T1) include replacing the existing carpet flooring and base with new heavy traffic vinyl flooring and base.
All personnel engaged in the execution of the work shall have at a minimum, the requisite RCMP Facility Access Level 2 (FA2) clearance.
•Immediately upon contract award, Contractor shall prepare and submit all the requisite forms and documents for all the personnel engaged in the project and submit to RCMP to obtain RCMP FA2 clearance.
The scope of project must be completed within six (6) weeks upon official notification of acceptance of offer.
Contractor will move all the existing furniture in the scoped areas and rooms to the provided storage located outside the building and reinstate them once construction is complete for each phase.
The process will proceed with a two Phase solicitation process.
Both phases will be posted competitively on GETS.
