Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires the replacement of the existing 480V power distribution at Steveston Paramount Complex East with a new permanent fully rated normal power distribution system at 120/208/347/600V, 3-phase, 4-wire. SCH Paramount is located in south west of Richmond at 12740 Trites Road, Richmond, BC, on Federal Crown land.
