AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 24, 2022 by 2:00 EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. (The overall objective of the project is to manufacture a minimum of one beam trawl net 50 feet (15.24 m) long, 14.76 ft (4.5 m) wide and 6.56 ft (2 m) high with its complements, i.e. two additional pieces of net to cover the side panels (side panel nettings). A maximum of four nets with the same additions could be requested from the contractor. The metal parts of the trawl as well as its wheels (visible on the plans) are not deliverables of this contract and therefore should not be part of the tender). This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F3710-215007 dated January 18, 2022 with a closing of February 2, 2022 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
